Please note: Not every section will apply to your business. Only submit information relevant to the pages, services, and features included in your website package.

• Your project timeline begins once all required information and materials have been received.

• Missing information may delay your website's completion.

• Please provide all written content in the document sent to you by submitinfo@graphicsbyday.com.

• Label each section clearly so we know where the information belongs.

• All text must be typed or copied and pasted. Please do not submit screenshots of written content.

• Submit original, high-resolution images separately through email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

01. Branding Materials

02. Homepage Content

Your homepage introduces your business to visitors. Consider providing:

• A welcome message or headline

• A short introduction to your business

• Featured services or products

• Any special announcements or promotions

• Call-to-action buttons (examples: Shop Now, Book an Appointment, Learn More)

03. About Us / Bio

• Business background or brand story

• Owner's biography

• Mission statement or brand values (optional)

• Professional photo (optional)

Please note: All biographies and written content must be provided by the client. Graphics by Day does not create biographies.

04. Booking & Services

If your website includes appointment booking, please provide:

• Service name and description

• Service duration

• Full price and required deposit

• Buffer time between appointments

• Business hours and availability

• Service location

• Booking, cancellation, and late policies

• Any special booking instructions

Duration: 2 hours, 30 minutes
Buffer Time: 15 minutes
Price: $75
Deposit: $20
Description: Includes a wash, blow-dry, and styling.

05. Products & Online Store

If your website includes an online store, please provide:

• Product name and description

• High-quality product photos

• Product price

• Available sizes, colors, or variations

• Inventory quantities (if applicable)

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

• Local pickup information (if offered)

• Return and exchange policies

Standard Shipping: $10 (3–5 business days)
Express Shipping: $20 (1–2 business days)

06. Contact Information

• Business email address

• Business phone number

• Business or store address (if applicable)

07. Website Policies

Please provide any policies applicable to your business, including:

• Refunds and exchanges

• Shipping and processing times

• Booking and cancellation policies

• Late fees and no-show policies

• Other important customer guidelines

08. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Provide common questions your customers may have, along with their answers.

Examples:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: All appointments must be booked in advance.
