What are your business hours ?


Graphics by Day operates Monday-Friday, from 10AM-7PM EST. We are closed on weekends, and all major holidays. Contact us via email if you have any questions. Please allow 24-48 hours for a responce from our team.




How do I find the process and turnaround time?


Each project is unique and has their own process and turnaround time. All processes and turnaroud times are located on the bottom of each product page. Once a product is selcted we ask that our customers scroll to the bottom and read the process.




Do I own my logo?


Yes! Once your project is complete and sent via email. Your logo will be sent in a pdf, png and jpeg. PSD file are not sent.




What is the differnce between an image based logo and a text based logo?


Our text based logos are logos made up of entirely text/fonts, whereas our image based logo includes text/fonts along with a clipart/illustration that represents your business and brand.




Which website platforms do you use to build websites on ?


We create websites using Wix and Shopify.




What happens if I would like to put my project on hold ?


You are allowed to put your project on hold for 3 months after the date purchased. After the 3 months your project is cancelled with no refund.




I no longer need or want my project. Can I receive a refund?


Unfortunately, no. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYEMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason the client no longer wants services, no payment shall be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client.

What is the difference between the Standard website and Platinum website ?


Standard Website include: - 4 Main Pages (Home, Shop, Book, Contact, Policies, FAQ, ect.) - 3 Sub Pages (Drop down Menu Examples: accessories, shoes, denim, bottoms, shirts, sweaters, ect.) - 10 product or service uploaded (Additional products will be an additional fee) Please note that you will have full access to your site, so you will be able to add/ remove products. - 3 special features (Live Chats, Contact us Forms, Gallery, Slide Shows, Email Subscriptions, Sale Pop Up, ect.) - Social media integration is available. Platinum Website includes: - 6 Main Pages (Home, Shop, Book, Contact, Policies, FAQ, ect.) - 5 Sub Pages (Drop down Menu Examples: accessories, shoes, denim, bottoms, shirts, sweaters, ect.) - 20 product or service uploaded (Additional products will be an additional fee) Please note that you will have full access to your site, so you will be able to add/ remove products. - 7 special features (Live Chats, Contact us Forms, Gallery, Slide Shows, Email Subscriptions, Sale Pop Up, ect.) - Social media integration is available.




Can I use my credit towards a new project?

Do I need to have my photos before Daysia starts my website ?


The answer is YES ! Photos are 80% of your website .We need your photos to outline how your pages will flow. While you wait for your professional images to come in get ahead of the game and start getting your information together.
