Standard Services :

You will recieve your 1 sample within 7-14 business days (Your turnover times depends on the order of my clients and the amount of work our team has at that time ). 

You have 48 hours to choose a sample and send over a list of edits. After the first list of edits you will have 4 edits changes. After the 4 changes you will be charged a fee of $45 to open an additional edit session to make more changes. Please note that we will not start your process until the information requested is sent in the proper format. 

Please note that Graphics By Day is closed on holidays and weekends.

Express Services:

You will recieve your 1 sample within 5-7 business days. 

You have 48 hours to choose a sample and send over a list of edits. After the first list of edits you will have 4 edits changes. After the 4 changes you will be charged a fee of $45 to open an additional edit session to make more changes. Edit Sessions:

You will recieve 2 samples and choose 1. Once you have chosen 1 the edit session will begin. You will be able to make as many changes (color, font, placement) as you would like within the timeframe given. Please note that the edit session is to change font, placement and color not the concept. 

If you are unhappy with the sample we will have a conference call to talk more into detail about what you wanted to see from our team.
